Account Management Changes - Effective June 25th, 2005

As of June 25,2005 our scheduled due date will be changing. Prior to this date, service charges were assessed when the statements were processed on the 25th of each month. Services charges will now be assessed on the 10th of each month.

The Amounts shown on the statement are due on the "Due Date". The "Due Date" shown on each invoice and the "Due Date" on each line of the statement now applies.

A 2% service charge will be applied if payment is not received by the "Due Date".
